General overview

Se we are talking about Organizational Development! Usually in the external market it is very related to Human Resources, as you can check here (click it).

But in AIESEC we are talking more about a Organizational Strategy when we talk about OD.

 

When we talk about OD as Organizational Strategy, it means that it is the area that drives the main macro-strategies for the national entity when dealing with Network Development. We say that OD (and its model) exists to clarify the path that will drive @BAZI to grow sustainably.

So it is an area that deals with long term strategies for the network, mainly traduced into the Organizational Development Model.

 

These are the main OD responsibilities:

- Alignment with global medium and long term strategies (such as A2020);

- Organizational Development Model: with the model itself, the Growth Model and the Implementation Channels;

- Alignment of all networks to develop the national network as a whole;

- Strategies for consultancy and support to the national network;

- Systems, strategies and platforms to ensure network connection, alignment and performance;

- Support and alignment for LCs planning, development and achievement;

- National Expansion Strategies;

- Managing the Local Committee Presidents network (CSN);

- MC interaction with Sub-Committees;

- Manage National Incentives Systems;

- Steering team selection, management and contribution to the network.

- MC interaction with the National Audit Team (TNA) alongside the MCVPF;
