o que é um pdp e porque usá-lo?

Personal Development Plan, tam´tem conhecido como PDP, é uma maneira de desenhar um plano de desenvolvimento para um membro da AIESEC. Por meio dele, é possível traçar e monitorar o desenvolvimento de cada membro, garantindo clareza nos objetivos.

WHAT IS CALLIBRATION MEETING?

CALIBRATION MEETING IS THE MOMET YOU, AS A HEAD OF HR ON YOUR LC, GET TOGETHER WITH EACH ONE OF YOUR TEAM LEADERS INDIVIDUALLY AND REVIEW THE PERFORMANCE OF THEIR MEMBERS, SO THEY CAN HAVE AN CLEAR ACTION PLAN AND OUTPUT OF WHAT TO DO NEXT REGARDING TEAM MANAGEMENT AND HOW TO INCREASE PERFORMANCE.

IT IS VERY SIMPLE! TL CAPACITY BUINDING MEANS THE STEP TO CAPACITATE YOUR TEAM LEADERS IN ORDER FOR THEM TO BE PREPARE TO MANAGE A TEAM AND TO DELIVER THEIR FUNCTIONS AND JDS.

THIS STEP INSIDE THE TM PROCESS IS DIVIDED IN:

  • Assess Team Leaders competence demonstrated in their performance with their teams and get inferences.

  • Host TL Capacity Building spaces through GLE based on the team standards timeline.

The 9boxis a way of tracking your member’s performance vs their potential.

  • Their performance is measured by their results delivery.

  • Their potential can be measured on different ways ( Pipeline, team standards, engagement for example)

That way, you can classify your members on zones and understand where are their needs.

Based on the data, you can classify the members in 9 different boxes, where you can analyse where are your members and what kind of support do they need to evolve.

  • THE GREEN ZONE IS WHERE YOUR BEST MEMBERS ARE.

  • THE YELLOW ZONE ARE THE MEMBERS THAT STILL NEED TO DEVELOP IN ONE WAY OR ANOTHER

  • the red one are the members aT risk
